Our story
We are proud to contribute our knowledge and expertise towards building a healthier life and a better world. This is our daily commitment.
We believe in striving for perfection. Always wanting to do better is a trait specific to CGers. There is an open atmosphere and respectful cooperation whereby everyone can develop.
Because this drive to improve results in even higher quality for the machines and appliances we make for you.
We aim for climate-neutral and more sustainable processes. A personalised approach to everyone’s growth trajectory is the key to happiness in the workplace.
Hans Segers, Managing Director
Happiness in the workplace
Building the best possible machine or the most efficient device requires perseverance, innovation, and teamwork. And you can only get that from a happy team.
The health and well-being of our colleagues are paramount here. We make every effort to create a workplace in which everyone feels good and has opportunities. Where everyone can excel in the best conditions.

Caring for our neighbourhood and our planet
Our offices and production sites run largely on solar energy. The materials we work with meet the strictest ecological requirements. Every step, right up to recycling, is done with the utmost care for the well-being of our people and of the planet.
Caring for our society
We insist on giving back to society as well. For example, we work closely with schools to inspire young talent. We are also proud sponsors of the Iron Team Hasselt, a triathlon team whose core values are ‘strength, commitment, and endurance.’ Values we are happy to support.
Our cooperation with YAR Flanders also commenced in 2024. YAR Flanders focuses on young people between the ages of 16 and 21 who are struggling with problems in various parts of their lives. We support YAR Flanders in giving young people a chance to get their lives back on track.

Respect
Respect for people and the planet by striving to be climate-neutral. We are very conscious of our role as developers and employers. The collaboration with you is one between two companies, but more importantly between people. We also want to give our employees opportunities.
Improve
Our staff often consult with one another to achieve a better result together. After 30 years, our way of working is as solid as a rock. But that doesn’t mean that our team is resting on their laurels. They work on new techniques to optimise our processes every day.
Enthusiasm
Our team loves a good challenge. We look for answers and come up with efficient solutions: a smart machine, built according to the requirements and delivered within the agreed deadline. And all thanks to the can-do mentality of our colleagues.
Innovative
We can only improve by continuing to innovate. We try to do that as a team in every possible area within our company, by involving each of our employees based on their expertise.
